John Montgomery '91 has been selected to attend the Marine Command and Staff College at Quantico, Virginia beginning in the summer of 2010. Upon completion John will earn a Master of Military Studies degree.

Hugh “Trey” Daly III '79, a senior attorney for the Legal Aid Society of Greater Cincinnati, has won the 2009 Robert Wood Johnson Foundation Community Health Leaders award for his work protecting the health coverage and ensuring the health care of many of Ohio’s poorest residents. Trey is among 10 extraordinary Americans selected from more than 500 nominations. Trey began his mission by convincing the Legal Aid Society of Greater Cincinnati to establish a health care division that would defend the rights of Medicaid recipients. He has been working tirelessly ever since to ensure that thousands of low income and sick people living in southwest Ohio have access to health care services. While congress and the President grapple with health reform, Daly is making great strides to fill in the cracks of a broken health care system.
Tim Spille'94 and his wife Meridith welcomed their first child, Matthew Jensen Spille, on September 21, 2009.
Stephanie York '96 is a new member of the Law Review at Ohio Northern University Pettit College of Law. As a student-run publication that provides a forum for scholarly debate concerning current legal topics, law review membership is one of the highest honors a law student can achieve.

Michael B. Baker '92 has formed a new law firm, Baker & Ingalls, PLLC. The firm is located in Florence, KY and will focus on areas of bankruptcy, domestic law and civil litigation.
Greg Doggett '94 graduated from Case Western Reserve University School of Law in 2008 with a concentration in health law, with honors. He now resides in Falls Church, VA and oversees the partner nonprofit organizations, the Association for Healthcare Documentation Integrity and the Medical Transcription Industry Association.
Sam Flick '95 and his wife Kelly are expecting their first child in July.
Ashley Salomon (Neu) '01 and Justin Salomon were married in December 2008. Ashley is currently a doctoral candidate in clinical psychology at Xavier and will be completing residency in Philadelphia this summer.
Eric Adams (McGaw) '00 was married to Lauren Pacheco on August 2, 2008. The newlyweds purchased a home in Latonia, KY in February, 2009.
Tim Spille, '94, associate with the firm Freund, Freeze & Arnold, whom specializes in civil litigation in Ohio and Kentucky, was admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Ohio in January 2009.
Jim Sturgill '94 and his wife are parents to James John Mathias, born April 20, 2008. They reside in Tecumseh, MI where Jim is a paramedic.
Laurie Davis '98 has completed her Ph.D. in Anatomy and Neurobiology at the University of Kentucky with a thesis on dietary therapy after traumatic brain injury. Laurie will be attending medical school as a Global Scholar at St. George's University.
John Montgomery '91 was recently promoted to Major in the U.S. Army and is pursuing a Master's in History.
Brad Lubbers '00 and his wife, Paige recently moved to Nashville, TN in order for Brad to attend Vanderbilt University. There he is pursuing his doctoral degree in Biomedical Engineering.
