The 2025 affiliation between Covington Latin School and Thomas More University brought many benefits to the CLS community, but maybe none so tasty as the change in our Dining Operations.

During the summer of 2025, Aramark took over the Dining Program for CLS. Aramark is known for providing delicious food options at colleges and universities throughout the nation, and now, the CLS community gets to enjoy the same high-quality food options in our building!

As a part of the new dining program, CLS students will now have access to:

• A variety of grab and go breakfast options prior to school starting
• Lunch (see below)
• A variety of grab and go snack options for the hours after school.

Below you will find examples of what our lunch menu will look like in the fall semester. (Two weeks are provided, but there will be a rotating four-week schedule published in the coming months.) While these menus represent a typical school week, Aramark will incorporate fun-themed lunch options throughout the year (think Halloween, Thanksgiving, Oktoberfest, March Madness, Mardi Gras, Lent, etc.)

In addition to the options below, we will be offering vegetarian and gluten-free options for the CLS community. Additionally, the food preparation team will provide options for those with common food allergies.
