The Covington Latin School admissions application is one of the main steps toward potential enrollment for a prospective student to complete.
This application is one of the ways that the CLS Admissions team evaluates prospective students interested in joining Covington Latin for the 2027-2028 academic year (be it as a Prep 7, a Prep 8, or a Form I student). This application, in addition to a report card, MAP and/or standardized test scores, and our entrance exam, allow us to get a more full prospective on who a student and their readiness for the CLS academic curriculum.

Upon completion of the application, you will see that there is an application fee of $25.
If paying this fee is not feasible for your family, please let us know. In keeping with Bishop Howard's promise that no qualified student would be turned away from CLS on the basis of money alone, we will work with you and your family.
While the application will stay open until all seats are filled, our priority deadline for consideration is January 15, 2027.
